Cold Wind 03:29
Oh how the cold wind blows oh how the cold wind blows blow way down into our souls oh how the cold wind blows I’ll wait for you by the old pear tree I’ll wait for you with my white dress on I’ll wait for you and you’d better come I’ll wait for you till the sun goes down oh my lover you take so long I waited till my dress turned brown I waited and you didn’t come I waited till the sun came up If I could do it all again I’d say come find me in that wind I’d dance all night till the sun came up I’d never wait for you I’d never wait for you I’d never wait for you oh how the cold wind blows

Legs 03:17
I knew her who’s smile glittered like pearls and the sun set deep in her eyes eyes she lies now muddied withered and cold on a deserted steep hill side side side side The birds don’t sing anymore she sits all cold and alone waiting to be adorned with a garland to her head head head head Anguish and pain set steep in the stain reminder of love’s deep dispair one brandishing the sword of the ugliest words that pieced her heart and mind mind mind mind The birds don’t sing anymore she sits all cold and alone waiting to be adorned with a garland to her head head head head He left her and ran thinking he can forget and remember no more but she got her revenge when torment and rage his next lover cut off his legs

Sally's Song 04:12
I sense there’s something in the wind That feels like tragedy’s at hand And though I’d like to stand by him Can’t shake this feeling that I have The worst is just around the bend And does he notice my feelings for him And will he see how much he means to me I... think it’s not.... to be What will become of my dear friend Where will his actions lead us then Although I’d like to join the crowd In their enthusiastic cloud Try as I may it doesn’t last And will we ever end up together No I think not It’s never to become For... I am not..... the one

Annabelle 03:01
When i was 13 I had a daydream lay on my bed and stared at the ceiling followed a whisper to a place a carpet of thorns soft under my feet... that went for miles and miles... tree trunks like poles held canopy to keep in the cool and keep out the light and all about, rays pierced like knives into the the green... and dirt followed the whisper to a stream shiny moss and a trickle walking along over stumbling stones and a fog swept me under then my eyes caught a pale white hand catching water falling and to the arm a pale white cheek and deepest red hair that embraced it pale white shoulder, pale night dress... and dirt and in a whisper clear and calm from cherry lips all pert and round she turned with eyes pale and worn I hope he does’nt find you here...

Tic 04:15
tiny dead spiders in a web dirty bloody fingers dripping ink he hides in the corners in the dark and all the time... he is thinking silent dungeon cold with sweat like the chilling sounds of a cello’s neck he feels no pain from the stone wall nicks and all the time... he is winking He’s shouting out his cold lament and screams all day like a lunatic like a lun-a-tic tic tic tic tic tic tic tic propped up bugs all in a row the tireless dripping in a bowl he’s the coldest shoulders you could ever hold and all the time... he is sinking the darkest shadows hold his fears no real locks that bind him here another hour, a moments rest and one last scream... from the lunatic He shouted out his cold lament and screamed all day like a lunatic on the walls he left exactly what he meant something we could'nt understand could'nt understand could'nt understand .... yet

Laddie 02:23
I drowned in the sound of your wonderful bickering that lasted all night till the moon lost it’s glow she wandered the streets with her hair all a fluttering in the wind as it blew to the south, laddie don’t go mind over matter and starry skies lingering he wears the hat of the master of vines hang my head over the bright orange rafters she bends like the reeds of her watery greed, laddie don’t go Find me a finger that points to the outcast strangers who walk with the gait of a mule I’ll find a penny under buckets of rain fall before I let one more tiny bird fall, laddie don’t go, lights a cigarette, takes another sip yellow the light falls on finger tips, he takes another sip taken to leaning on the gas lights, he stumbles he stumbles he stumbles he stumbles, laddie don’t go, stumbles, he stumbles, he stumbles, he stumbles, he stumbles, he stumbles, he stumbles, laddie don’t go, laddie don’t go.

Oysters 03:17
Oysters and rockets, I’ve stones in my pockets I’ve dreams in my hands and stars in my eyes Red roses wishes Desires on kisses a head full of dreams that barely survive my crucifix, my holy burden my duty, my cross to bear I’m not ready, I’m not ready to go I’m not ready, I’m not ready to go I’m not ready, I’m not ready... to go Oysters and rockets, I’ve stones in my pockets I’ve dreams in my hands and stars in my eyes
